Registration Schedule

Jan term and spring registration will open by appointment Monday, November 4. 

Below are the registration times for McMinnville undergraduate students based on COMPLETED credits. This does not include your fall 2024 semester courses. Transcripts for courses taken elsewhere must have arrived in Linfield's Office of the Registrar by October 21, 2024, in order to be evaluated in time to count toward your completed credits for registration.

To determine your completed credits:

1. Log into Self-Service
2. Click on Student Planning and then "Go to My Progress"
3. Look at the number in the dark green portion of the Total Credits bar

Once you have your completed credits, find your number of completed credits on the chart below to discover the time at which you may begin registration. If you are a student with 0 completed credits, you will register by the first letter of your last name, according to the chart below. You may NOT register before your assigned registration slot, but you may register at any time after it. Note: Etrieve Add forms for OCE classes can be submitted beginning on October 28, 2024, and the registrar's office will begin processing these on November 8, 2024.

Jan term and spring registration will open by appointment Monday, November 4. Students have been given a registration color and can register for Portland campus courses via Self-Service at their appointed time.

• The green group will register beginning at 9 a.m.
• The orange group will register beginning at 10 a.m.
• The yellow group will register beginning at 11 a.m.
• The blue group will register beginning at noon

Etrieve add forms for OCE classes can be submitted beginning on October 28, 2024, and the registrar's office will begin processing these on November 8, 2024.

Registration for students starting TBSN in spring 2025 will be after December 16, 2024. Students will receive direct communication from the registrar's office about registration dates and times. 

Jan term and spring registration will open Monday, October 28.

This includes MEPN, RN to BSN, Accelerated BSN and nonprofit management students.

Winter semester will open for registration beginning Monday, October 28.

Jan term and spring registration will open Monday, November 4.

If you wish to register for one undergraduate course and have not been admitted to a Linfield degree, certificate or endorsement program, you must apply for admission as a non-degree student. The non-degree application form will also serve as a course add form and the registrar’s office will begin processing registrations for spring semester on December 1, 2024.
