Degree and Enrollment Verifications

Linfield University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted through the above links or by mail at:

Current Linfield students may request verification of enrollment through Self-Service or may submit an Enrollment Verification Request. There is no fee for enrollment verification letters if they are to be mailed to a third party or picked up by the student, but there is a $2.00 fee for faxing verifications.

In addition to generic verification letters, students may submit outside forms for completion by the registrar's office. These may include Alaska PFD Education Verification forms, In-School Deferment Requests, and Child Attending School Confirmation forms, among others. Students may be asked to complete an enrollment verification request form in addition to the outside form, and no request will be accepted unless a student signature is provided to authorize the release of academic records.
