Linfield University Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources supports the college’s mission of connecting learning, life, and community by providing employees with assistance in the areas of payroll, benefits administration, hiring, personnel records maintenance, workers compensation, employee relations, training, policies and procedures, and compensation administration.

Linfield's Office of Human Resources is located on the second floor of Melrose Hall, Room 109, McMinnville, OR. Employment opportunities are posted online. Applicants for staff & faculty positions apply online. To access the job posting/application section, click on "Employment Opportunities" in the menu to the left.
