Leadership and Ethics Across Disciplines (LEAD)

LEAD minors build on this foundation by completing at least two practicums, both on and off campus, where they apply their knowledge and training. Before graduation, each LEAD minor composes their own unique leadership portfolio that they can draw from in pursuing whatever path they choose to take in their life after Linfield.

Students reflect on and respond to prompts related to their personal leadership style, how they have applied it to a variety of situations and how they plan to continue their growth in the future.
